Every Vynox order is a licence to use a digital product supplied by a verified vendor. Prices are shown in Tunisian dinar and stored as integer millimes, so the amount you confirm at checkout is the amount charged.

Delivery windows are stated on each product page: instant releases are automated, hourly items are queued for verification, and manual services are fulfilled by an operator within the published SLA.

Refunds apply where a key, code, or credit has not been redeemed and the delivery window was missed. Once a credential is revealed and redeemed, the sale is final unless the vendor confirms a defect.
