Cookie policy
The cookies and local storage Vynox uses, who sets them, and how to change your choice at any time.
What this covers
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Vynox also uses your browser's local storage, which works the same way but is not sent with every request. This policy treats both together and calls them all “cookies”.
We keep the list short on purpose: what is needed to sign you in, keep your cart and remember your language, plus one marketing measurement tool that only loads if you accept it.
Strictly necessary
These make the store work. They cannot be switched off, because without them you could not sign in, hold a cart or complete an order.
Sign-in session (Clerk)
Keeps you signed in across pages and protects your account pages.
Anti-abuse challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Confirms a real person is submitting a form and blocks automated abuse.
Language and theme
Remembers whether you browse in English, French or Arabic, and light or dark.
Cart, wishlist and order reference
Holds the items you selected and the reference of the order you are paying for, so a refresh does not lose them.
Cookie choice
Stores your answer to the cookie banner so we stop asking.
Marketing measurement — only with your consent
If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel. It is set by Meta as a third party and it does not load at all until you accept.
Meta Pixel (connect.facebook.net)
Measures page views, add-to-cart events and completed purchases (including the order value in Tunisian dinar) so we can see which campaigns bring real orders.
Third parties that may set cookies
These providers run parts of the store for us. Their own policies explain what they store.
Clerk — authentication
Sign-in, sign-up and session security.
ClerkCloudflare — delivery and security
Serves the site and runs the anti-abuse challenge.
CloudflareUploadThing — file uploads
Receives payment proofs and product media you upload.
UploadThingMeta — marketing measurement
Only after you accept marketing cookies.

Your choices
- Accept all — necessary cookies plus the Meta Pixel.
- Reject non-essential — only the necessary cookies above; the pixel is never loaded.
- Change your mind at any time using the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary cookies will sign you out and empty your cart, and parts of checkout will stop working.
How long we keep this
Session cookies disappear when you close the browser. Preference values last up to 12 months. Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months, after which the banner appears again.
